Ensure you book your desired performance at least 24 hours in advance. 

1. Visit our ticket portal at tickets.phoenixtheatre.com/account/login.

2. Enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password or have never logged in before, click or tap “Forgot Your Password”. Please do not select “Register a New Account”, as this will create a duplicate account and immediate booking will not be available. 

3. Once logged in, select the performance, date, and time of your choice. 

4. Choose your preferred seats. Start by clicking or tapping on the first seat and select the Standard price. If you select more tickets than available in your subscription, your Subscriber Discount will be automatically applied in your cart. 

5. Proceed through the shopping cart process. Confirm your $0 Redemption price has been applied in your cart. 

6. After completing the transaction, you’ll receive an email with your ticket details.
