Sensory Considerations
While we do not currently offer designated sensory-friendly performances, we are happy to support you by offering:
- Aisle seating for ease of movement
- Re-entry privileges if a break from the theatre is needed
- Recommendations for shows with minimal sensory triggers
Please contact Patron Services so we can tailor your visit to meet your needs.
Service Animals
ADA-recognized service animals are welcome
- Service animals must remain at the handler’s feet or under their seat.
- Animals may not occupy seats or block aisles.
- Please contact Patron Services at (602) 254–2151 in advance if you have any additional questions or needs for your service animal.
- Upon arrival, please check in with the House Manager at the Information Desk if you are attending with a service animal. This allows our team to notify performers in case actors make entrances from the audience area, helping to avoid startling them or your animal.
