Each year, The Phoenix Theatre Company provides our patrons and donors the opportunity to travel together with theatre leadership. In 2027, we will be traveling to both New York City and London! Travelers dive into the world of Broadway and/or West End theatre through programming curated by Artistic Director Michael Barnard and The Phoenix Theatre Company Development team.

PLEASE NOTE: Our London Live 2027 trip is sold out. There are still a small number of seats available for Broadway Bound 2027.

The Itinerary typically includes:

• 4 Broadway (NYC) or West End (London) shows selected by The Phoenix Theatre Company’s Artistic Director Michael Barnard
• Opening and closing group dinners together
• Hotels in Times Square (NYC) or West End (London)
• Hotel breakfast every morning
• 3 hour-long Artistic Director conversations/Q&As with industry insiders curated and led by Michael Barnard
• 2-hour trip wrap-up/Q&A led by Michael Barnard
• 2-3 “excursions” – not typical tourist spots, and usually theatre-adjacent (sometimes include a meal)
• Free time- a couple afternoons and one night to explore on your own
• Priceless face time with theatre’s leadership team including executive, artistic, and development directors
