Theatre has a unique ability to heal, educate, and inspire. This year, The Phoenix Theatre Company has witnessed that power in countless ways.

From the nervous excitement of a child’s first time on stage to the genuine laughter of a patient in the hospital, from a community member’s first live performance to an apprentice’s professional debut, these moments remind us why we do this work.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of community members like you to make these transformative experiences possible. Our Share the Joy campaign is in its final week, and we’re reaching out one last time before the year ends. There’s still time to make your 2025 gift and be part of something meaningful.

Your support sustains programs that create real impact:

Partners That Heal brings the gift of theatre to those who need it most. Our artists visit hospital bedsides, transforming difficult moments into opportunities for joy and connection. Through songs, stories, and gentle interaction, we help patients forget their pain, even if just for a little while. The smiles we witness and the gratitude we receive remind us that theatre is medicine for the soul.

Community Nights open our doors to new audiences, welcoming organizations and individuals who might not otherwise experience live theatre. These special evenings, made possible entirely by donor contributions, ensure that our stages reflect and serve the entire Valley. Everyone deserves access to the arts, and your support makes that possible.

The Phoenix Theatre Junior Company provides inclusive theatre education where children of all abilities discover their potential. Through our Summer Camp and year-round classes, students develop confidence, learn collaboration, and explore the art of storytelling in a welcoming environment. For many young people, these programs are where they first discover that their voice matters and their story deserves to be told.

Our Professional Apprenticeship Program launches careers by providing emerging artists with hands-on experience alongside industry professionals. Over the course of a year, apprentices gain the skills, connections, and confidence they need to build sustainable careers in theatre. Your gift invests in the next generation of artists who will carry this work forward.

Every donation matters. You’re helping us continue programs that transform lives and strengthen our community.
