No app required! This offers a safe and easy way to receive, manage, and share your tickets with guests. No more stress over stopping at Will Call, printing at home, or misplacing your tickets!
General True Tickets Mobile Wallet FAQs
What are True Tickets? Can I still receive E-Tickets?
The Phoenix Theatre Company will discontinue E-Tickets (PDF tickets attached to an email) at the end of the 24/25 Season.
True Tickets is a convenient, secure, contactless service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device using revolving QR codes. Your tickets will be available immediately after purchase in your mobile wallet at wallet.phoenixtheatre.com. Your revolving QR codes will activate 4 hours prior to your scheduled performance and will refresh every 30 seconds.
A link to access your True Tickets mobile wallet at wallet.phoenixtheatre.com will be provided in your order confirmation email and Know Before You Go Email (one week before your scheduled performance) for your convenience.
Why is The Phoenix Theatre Company using True Tickets?
True Tickets provides an easy and secure way to receive and share your tickets with friends and family. No more stress over stopping at Will Call, how to print at home, or misplacing your tickets. Your tickets are always available in your True Tickets mobile wallet.
Do I have to download an app?
No, you’re not required to download an app to access your True Tickets mobile wallet. Simply login to wallet.phoenixtheatre.com.

How do I access my True Tickets Mobile Wallet?
It’s easy, and no app is required!
- Go to wallet.phoenixtheatre.com.
- Enter the email address used when purchasing, then your password. Or, you may request an access code be sent to your email and enter the code.
- Select “Stay Logged In” to stay logged in for 30 days for your convenience.
- Once in your True Tickets mobile wallet, you can tap a performance to see all the details of your ticket(s).

How do I know what email/password to use?
Log in to your True Tickets mobile wallet using the same email address used to purchase your tickets. Select “Next” to enter your password or request an access code be sent to your email. You can also reset your password.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to wallet.phoenixtheatre.com, enter your email, and select “Next.” You can choose to receive an access code by email to enter your account or click “Reset Your Password” to initiate a password reset.
May I print my True Tickets or use screenshots to scan for entry?
No. To keep your tickets secure, printouts and screenshots are not accepted and cannot be scanned at the door. Once activated, the revolving QR code on your True Ticket(s) updates every 30 seconds and can only be scanned directly from your mobile device.
My tickets don’t have a QR code. What do I do?
The revolving QR code(s) will not be visible on your tickets until 4 hours before your scheduled performance start time. If it is less than 4 hours before your performance, please refresh the page.

What if I don’t have a smart mobile device and I chose True Tickets for my delivery method?
No problem! While True Tickets requires a smart mobile device to access your tickets, if you don’t have a smart mobile device, you can contact our Box Office in advance at (602) 254-2151 or email boxoffice@phoenixtheatre.com to arrange to pick up your printed tickets at Will Call. Otherwise, Will Call is available to assist at the venue 2 hours prior to performances.
What if my phone is out of power or I can’t find my True Tickets?
No problem! Simply visit Will Call 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance, and we will print out your tickets.
May I add my True Tickets to my Apple or Google wallets?
You can add your True Tickets to your Apple wallet. To ensure the True Tickets are added to your Apple wallet, you must select “Add” in the Apple Wallet app once you initiate adding the True Tickets.
Google wallet does not yet support True Tickets.

Sharing & Receiving True Tickets Mobile Tickets FAQs
How do I share my True Tickets with my guest(s)?
- Log in to your True Tickets mobile wallet at wallet.phoenixtheatre.com.
- Select the performance you would like to share.
- Tap “Share”.
- Enter the full name of the person with whom you are sharing the True Ticket(s).
- Select the ticket(s) you’d like to share.
- Confirm your selection.
- Share* the link via text or email to the person to whom you are sending the True Ticket(s).
- To Accept the tickets, your guest must log in or create an account if they don’t already have one.

*You do not need to share your tickets with yourself. Your tickets are accessible to you on any mobile device. You must be logged in on the mobile device to display your tickets at the venue.
Do I have to share the tickets with my guests?
No, you are not required to share tickets with your guest(s). You can choose to share tickets with none, some, or all of your guests. If you are entering the venue at the same time, your True Tickets can be scanned from your mobile device for each guest’s ticket.
- As a reminder, Patrons with the following ticket types are limited to sharing all but one ticket for each event:
- All Access Pass
- Art Card
- Young Ambassador Society
- Military, First Responder, and Educator Discount
- Phoenix Art Museum Member Discount
Do my guests need to create a login?
Yes! They must log in to claim the tickets you’ve shared with your guests. If they already have a phoenixtheatre.com account, they may use the same email address to log in. If they do not have an account, they must create one to accept the tickets. The link you shared will take them to the True Tickets mobile wallet login page. Then, they select “Register a New Account” to begin.
What if others in my group do not know whether they have an existing account/login?
If anyone in your group is unsure if they have an existing login, they can click the “Register for a New Account” button. If their email is already associated with an account, the system will let them know. If it is not, it will register an account for them.
What if others in my group do not know their password?
If anyone in your group has an email with an existing account but they don’t remember their password, they can choose to receive an access code by email to enter their account or click “Reset Your Password” to initiate a password reset.
How do I claim shared True Ticket(s)?
- Click the link shared with you.
- Login using the email address associated with your phoenixtheatre.com account OR register a new account if you don’t have one.
- Accept the tickets!

What if my guest does not accept the tickets I share?
Shared True Tickets are not valid for the recipient to use until the recipient claims them. You may also reclaim your tickets in your True Tickets mobile wallet if your guest changes their mind or does not accept them.
How will I know if my guest claimed the tickets?
Once you share a True Ticket, you will see one of the two following status notifications:
- Ticket Accepted by (Your Guest’s Name)
- Your guest has claimed your shared ticket(s).
- Ticket Shared with (Your Guest’s Name) Pending
- Your guest has not accepted the ticket(s) yet.
- You may want to remind them to check their email or text messages for the ticket invite link you sent to them.
- You may also “Share the invite again” or “Get this ticket back” in your mobile wallet.
May I share my True Tickets before the QR codes have been delivered?
Yes! Once you see the “Share” button in your wallet, you may share them. The revolving QR codes will populate 4 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

May I share my True Tickets from my desktop computer?
Yes! Copy the link into an email and send it to your guest. The link will redirect your guest to a landing page where they can claim the True Tickets.
Reminder: You do not need to share the tickets with yourself. Just log in to your account on your mobile device to access your tickets.
Can I still share a ticket even if that ticket has been added to my Apple wallet?
Yes. To do so, return to your True Tickets mobile wallet, and select “Share” to complete the process.
What happens if my guest is late, and I haven’t shared their tickets?
You can share the ticket from your True Tickets mobile wallet even after the show has begun. Log in to your True Tickets mobile wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click “Share” and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email.
