Katie McFadzen loves to collaborate with creative minds on new works and is happy to be back for TPTC’s Festival of New American Theater working with this wonderful team! Past Festival credits include: Webster’s Bitch (director), The Mysterious Disappearance (director), The Truth About Winnie Ruth Judd (actor), The Way North (director), Milo at the Movies (dramaturge), and The Things We Do (actor). Additional directing credits: Becoming Dr. Ruth (TPTC), The Cake, The Trump Card (Stray Cat Theatre) and The Snowy Day, The Book of Dragons, Eric and Elliot (Childsplay). Katie is an Associate Artist with Childsplay and has been working as an actor, director, and teaching artist for 30 years. She earned her BFA in Acting andDirecting from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her MFA in Theatre for Youth from Arizona State University. She is a Faculty Associate in ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law where she co-teaches Persuasive Speech.
