Jay Schwab is a 17-year-old senior at DEHS and is a member of the Thespian Honors Society and ABT’s HyRev Performance Troupe. Some of their favorite performances at Spotlight include Hair, Runaways, and The Prom. Playfest will always hold a special place in their heart because there is nothing like being able to workshop a new play, develop the characters, and bring them to life. It is amazing to come together and create art that will live on. Jay would like to thank the Playfest production team for the opportunity to be a part of the incredible and rare community that is Spotlight, where everyone feels safe, included, and supported. They are so grateful to have found this community, and to Kenny whose vision of youth theater holds it all together.
