About The Phoenix Theatre Company
Located in the heart of the Central Arts District close to downtown Phoenix, our beautiful 14-acre campus includes three theaters, a restaurant and bar, rehearsal halls, administrative offices, costume, scenic, prop, lighting and paint shops, all on one site. We produce a wide range of theatre, from full scale musicals to comedies, dramas and original new work. Our community service programs have gained national attention. We offer 10-12 diverse productions every season as well as a growing Festival of New American Theatre.

Job Summary
As a Parking Attendant at The Phoenix Theatre Company, you will be responsible for ensuring our patrons have an exceptional theatre experience. You will have the opportunity to interact with our valued patrons, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the success and orderliness of our parking conditions. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. Enjoy short shifts with a high volume of patrons!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Provide information about parking policies and available spaces.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to parking.
Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently.
Ensure the orderly flow of traffic within the parking lot.
Monitor and enforce parking regulations.
Maintain effective communication with other parking attendants and supervisors.
Report any unusual incidents or customer feedback to management.
Methods of Accountability
Methods of Accountability are determined by the duties and responsibilities outlined above along with the following:
Frequent real-time feedback from the Patron Experience Manager
A right to Progressive Discipline as outlined in the Employee Handbook if deemed necessary
Accuracy and timeliness of customer service
Maintaining excellent organization and cleanliness of all service and work areas
Patron feedback
Co-worker feedback
Excellence with Environmental Services routine inspections and resolution of concerns or violations
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical / Mental Demands & Working Conditions
Able to work standing up for shifts as long as 10+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
Evening and weekends are necessary for this position
