The Phoenix Theatre Company apprenticeship program is designed for aspiring theatre artists to bridge the gap between studying theatre and attaining work experience while under the tutelage of industry professionals. While emphasizing in a particular field the apprenticeship program also enables the exploration of theatre, giving an in-depth view into career paths apprentices may not have considered; all while building a network of professional connections to help jumpstart a career.
