Phoenix Theatre seeks an outgoing, friendly, high-energy sales professional to join our Box Office team. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding sales and customer service to patrons calling or coming to the Box Office. This position handles every avenue of revenue generation through inbound and outbound phone sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•                Handles inbound and outbound sales calls--with an average of 40 to 50 calls per day
•                Manages and develops patron relationships with single ticket buyers both in person and over the phone
•                Upsells and recommends tickets and subscription packages
•                Solicits donations
•                Acts as Will Call expert, alongside other Sales Associates, greeting patrons and answering questions
•                Promotes special sales or promotions during Will Call, including subscription campaigns and promotions
Minimum Qualifications
•                At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service
•                Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•                Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
•                Organizational and time management skills
•                Data management skills and abilities, preferably with Tessitura
•                Must be able to work well in teams as well as independently
•                Superior attention to detail is imperative
•                Outstanding communication via verbal and written skills required
•                Hours range from 930a-6 to 12p-830p, Monday-Friday
•                Must possess a passion and love of Theatre
