We want to make sure that you are aware of a way to support Phoenix Theatre that does not require a cash donation. Planned Giving is a means of “leaving a legacy”. By committing to a direct gift for Phoenix Theatre with pledges in the form of stocks, life insurance, works of art, land, or other assets, you will become a part of Encore Legacy. This is a dedicated group of supporters who have done one of the following:

• Included Phoenix Theatre as a beneficiary in your will or trust
• Named Phoenix Theatre as a beneficiary of an Insurance Policy, IRA or 401K

Making a planned gift can provide tax benefits, as well as a strategy toward fulfilling your financial goals. We encourage you to discuss these options with your financial and legal advisors.
