Phoenix Theatre offers wheelchair access to all of our shows and events. Our ushers will assist with directions and any accommodations. Wheelchair accessible seats in the Mainstage and Hormel Theatres may be purchased online or by calling the box office at 602-254-2151. If you are purchasing tickets to a show being produced by a third party in our Hardes Theatre or Playhouse on the Park, please notify the box office staff if you need a wheelchair accessible seat.
Assistive Listening System:
Infrared hearing amplification devices are available for the hard of hearing in our concierge station in the Mainstage lobby.
Audio Description is available as a means to enhance the theater experience for patrons who are blind or who have low vision.
American Sign Language Interpretation:
ASL interpretation is available for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Parking and Facilities:
The small parking lot north of Phoenix Theatre is reserved for patrons with handicapped parking permits. There are additional handicapped parking spaces in the large north lot and the small east lots shared by Phoenix Theatre and the Phoenix Art Museum.
In The Mainstage Theatre, the only stairs in the house are for the Right Loge. The entire Left Loge is wheelchair accessible, though it is not exclusively reserved for wheelchair accessible seating. There are four seats in the Mainstage Theatre exclusively reserved for patrons needing wheel chair accessible seats and four additional aisle seats with swing arms. If you need a seat with a swing arm, please contact the box office.
In The Hormel Theatre, stairs are required to access every row with the exception of the front row. There are two wheelchair accessible seats in the front row. These may be purchased online or by calling the box office.
