Phoenix Theatre’s ArtBar & Bistro is looking for a dynamic individual to join our service team as Server to work within the theatre’s exciting food & beverage department as we provide our patrons with first-class dining, cocktails, and service while broadening the overall satisfaction of their theatre experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare tables and dining area.
Set Up Service Stations / Complete Set up per ArtBar & Bistro Procedures.
Greet and engage with Patrons regarding ArtBar & Bistro as well as theatre performances.
Communicate with patrons on menu & cocktail offerings, provide recommendations.
Take and serve orders.
Use POS for order entries and tracking.
Collaborate with other service staff, bar and kitchen staff.
Resolve patron issues in a positive manner.
Issue bills and accept / process payments.
Complete side work.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and training.
Such other tasks as required by management or leadership.
Arizona Food Handler’s Certification
Arizona Title IV Training Certification
Previous restaurant service
Experience using Point of Sale systems
Be comfortable in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Be available nights and weekends
Excel in a team-oriented environment
Theatre knowledge preferred but not mandatory
