Pre or Post Show Receptions
You may entertain your group, pre or post show, in one of several spaces located on the beautiful Phoenix Theatre campus at no extra charge (subject to availability).

Talkbacks/Meet & Greet
Groups of 20 or more may request a talkback after the show. Talkbacks are based upon availability and may include one actor up to the entire cast & crew. Donation of $100.

Backstage Pass
Based on availability, groups may peak behind the scenes to see how the magic is created while learning about the extensive 89 year history of Phoenix Theatre. Step inside and view how Phoenix’s longest-running arts organization creates its theatrical magic from the ground up! Tours are held Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm by appointment only. Donation of $50.
- Additional services include pre-arranged limo service to and from the theatre, dining suggestions, coordinating your social or corporate gathering and much, much more.
